An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant is the gold standard in lactation care. IBCLCs are members of the maternal-child health team who provide expert breastfeeding and lactation care, promote systems that support breastfeeding, and help reduce the risks of not breastfeeding.

Whenever feeding feels hard, or before it starts. Prenatal prep, early latch trouble, pain, low supply, bottle refusal, pumping, return to work, and weaning are all great reasons to connect. If you are ever debating 'should I reach out or wait,' that is a good time to send a message. No question is too small.

Often, yes. Many plans cover lactation support at no cost to you. We can verify your coverage before the visit and provide a superbill for out-of-network plans for you to submit for reimbursement.

You guide the visit in whatever way is needed. We may observe a feed, check a weighed feeding, review your history, assess oral function, and build a care plan tailored to your baby and your goals, always without judgment.

You Are Not Alone

When feeding feels hard, reach out anytime.

No question is too small. A gentle, expert ear is a message away, wherever you are in your feeding journey.
